How will I know my order is processing?

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@lileona.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been packed.

How long does it take to process an order?

How long does shipping take?

We ship to most locations across the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. All orders are shipped from Connecticut, so you'll likely get your order quicker if you live in New York than if you live in California. We offer different shipping options depending on destination (some additional charges may apply):

Contiguous 49 US States

  • Standard: 2-6 Business Days depending on location
  • Express: 4-5 Business Days depending on location
  • Priority: 2-3 Business Days
