Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot offer returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@lileona.com with photos of your product and a description of the damage. We will exchange it for you free of charge. In some cases, we may need customers to return the original product. In those cases, we will provide you a return label (shipping paid by LiLeona) for you to send your items back.

Shipping
If we ask you to return your defective or damaged products to exchange, we will provide you a return label, and you should then mail your products back to us. We will pay for shipping on replacement orders of defective products. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
